Job Summary The Product Development Manager is responsible for researching, developing, testing, and improving new products and enhancing existing products to meet customer requirements, quality standards, and business objectives. The role involves close coordination with production, quality, procurement, sales, and customers to ensure successful product commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new products based on customer requirements and market trends.

* Improve existing products to enhance quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

* Conduct laboratory trials, pilot trials, and production trials.

* Prepare product formulations, specifications, and technical documentation.

* Coordinate with production to scale up new products from trial to commercial production.

* Analyze product performance and recommend improvements.

* Investigate customer complaints related to product performance and provide technical solutions.

* Work with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.

* Support the Sales and Marketing teams with technical information and customer presentations.

* Manage R&D; projects, timelines, and documentation.

* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.





* Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
