- Hands-on experience in ERP/Procurement Systems (preferably AOne Procurement System).
- Strong knowledge of User Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
- Experience in application support, user coordination, UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts and service management processes.
- Exposure to vendor management, contract management, and procurement support activities will be an added advantage.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
