Bassline AV Technologies is a Gurugram-based audio-visual solutions company. We design, supply, and install AV systems for government, hospitality, enterprise, and F&B; clients. Our work is project-based, and we value ownership, speed, and quality of execution.

About the Role

You will manage the purchase cycle end to end, from requisition to delivery, including proforma invoices, purchase orders, and vendor coordination across active projects.

What You'll Own

- Purchase Requisitions & POs: Raise POs against approved requisitions and project BOQs. Maintain a PO register and track open, partial, and closed orders.
- Proforma Invoices (PI): Obtain PIs from vendors, verify rates, taxes, and terms against quotations and POs, and route for approval and advance payment.
- Vendor Sourcing & Quotations: Request and compare quotations, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and maintain an updated vendor database.
- Order Tracking & Delivery: Follow up with vendors on dispatch and delivery timelines.



Coordinate with project and site teams on material requirements and receipts.
- Documentation & Verification: Match PO, PI, delivery challan, and vendor invoice before payment. Pass discrepancies to the accounts team.
- Cost Control: Track purchases against project budgets and flag price variances early.
- Reporting: Prepare procurement MIS covering pending orders, deliveries, and vendor-wise purchases. Keep files audit-ready.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchase, preferably in AV, electronics, construction, or MEP
- Graduate in any discipline; Commerce or supply chain background preferred
- Working knowledge of PO and PI processes and GST basics
- Strong Excel skills; Tally knowledge is an advantage
- Vendor negotiation and quotation comparison experience is an advantage
- Strong follow-up, clear communication, and documentation discipline

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
