1. ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Engineer to join our Purchase team, with a focus on vendor development. The incumbent will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating and onboarding reliable suppliers to support the Company’s sourcing and procurement objectives. This position is key to building a strong and sustainable vendor base aligned with the organization’s standards for quality, cost and delivery.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Supplier Identification & Onboarding

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors to ensure capability, quality and reliability.
- Onboard new suppliers and ensure alignment with company expectations and processes.

B. Supplier Development & Performance Management

- Support suppliers in improving their internal processes, product quality, delivery performance and compliance.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to vendors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.

C. Quality Systems & Compliance

- Ensure supplier adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards, particularly ISO / IATF requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory, quality and operational standards.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE A. Mandatory Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Polymer / Plastics Engineering from a recognized university.

B. Experience Requirements

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Vendor Development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

C. Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Willingness to travel for supplier audits, development meetings and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
