Hiring: Procurement cum Export Logistics Executive

RRVT International is looking for a proactive and organized Procurement cum Export Logistics Executive to manage sourcing of medical equipment and coordinate international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Source medical equipment, medical devices, laboratory equipment and medical consumables from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Identify vendors, obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate commercial terms.
- Handle purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for product specifications, technical documents and certificates.
- Manage export shipments through freight forwarders, CHA and shipping agencies.
- Coordinate air and sea freight, shipment tracking and dispatch schedules.
- Prepare and verify export documents, including Commercial Invoice,



Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin and AWB/BL.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases and shipment trackers.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for purchase and shipment requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchase or export logistics.
- Experience in medical equipment, medical devices or healthcare industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
- Valuable negotiation, vendor coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in medical equipment trading or healthcare export companies. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
