Responsibilities

- Workflow Tracking SOP Adherence: Monitor day-to-day operations across production, purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between department heads to eliminate communication gaps, facilitate smooth handoffs, and align operational targets.

- Bottleneck Identification Resolution: Proactively spot workflow delays, resource gaps, or process redundancies and implement corrective action plans.

- MIS Data Reporting: Maintain operational tracking sheets, update ERP records, draft Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and submit daily/weekly performance MIS reports to management.





- Quality Auditing Support: Assist in internal process audits, process mapping, and quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet established timelines.
