We are hiring Process Associate to join our tem. The selected candidates will assist with day-to-day operational activities, including customer order processing, backorder management, and other project-related tasks as required by the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process customer orders and update system information accurately.
Handle backorders and follow up on pending transactions.
Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Follow client-specific procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
0-2 yrs of experience in any back-end support
Willingness to work in night shifts.
