Role & responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day back-office processing tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.

- Input, verify, and update records and transactions in company databases.

- Review documents, files, and incoming requests against defined checklists and guidelines.

- Maintain logs and track key metrics using MS Excel / internal management tools.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational queries or data discrepancies.

- Adhere strictly to process deadlines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, B.A., etc.).

- Experience: Freshers (2022/2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred) or up to 1 year of experience.

- Basic to intermediate working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and web navigation.

- Good written English communication skills for internal reporting.

- Solid typing speed with a focus on data accuracy and speed.

- Good analytical ability and eye for detail.
