- Overseeing printing operations: Ensuring quality standards are met and production schedules are adhered.
- Managing teams: Leading and training a team of print operators, press assistants, and bindery staff.
- Conducting quality control checks: Ensuring color accuracy, registration, and final product specifications meet client expectations.
- Enforcing safety protocols: Promoting a culture of safety awareness among the team and conducting regular safety checks.
