Role DescriptionThe Pricing Executive – Air Freight Operations is a full-time, on-site position based in Marathahalli, Bengaluru.

The role involves analysing air freight rates, preparing quotations, and supporting the development of competitive pricing strategies for various trade lanes and customer requirements. The candidate will coordinate with operations and sales teams to understand shipment details, carrier options, and service levels, ensuring pricing aligns with business goals and market conditions.

Responsibilities include maintaining updated rate sheets, tracking cost fluctuations, monitoring profit margins,



communicating with carriers and partners, responding to customer enquiries, and preparing reports and documentation to support business decisions and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Must be currently residing in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding industry.
- Must be able to commute daily to our office in Marathahalli, Bengaluru.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for evaluating rates, margins, and market trends.
- Knowledge of air freight operations and freight forwarding processes.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, airlines, agents, and customers.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant tools for data analysis and report preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in air freight pricing, freight forwarding, or logistics operations will be an advantage.
