Role Overview

We are seeking a technically solid Senior Presales Executive to shape compelling AIled engineering solutions and support strategic client pursuits The role combines software engineering depth AIled SDLC expertise solution architecture and executive storytelling to translate client priorities into practical differentiated and commercially viable proposals

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical presales pursuits Own solution development for RFPs RFIs proactive proposals and client presentations working closely with sales delivery architecture platform and commercial teams

Drive discovery and advisory Conduct client workshops to understand engineering challenges assess AI adoption readiness identify highvalue use cases and shape transformation roadmaps

Architect AIled engineering solutions Develop integrated approaches spanning requirements design development testing DevSecOps modernization and application operations

Shape AI adoption approaches Define how GenAI coding assistants agentic workflows engineering platforms and reusable accelerators can be embedded into client engineering environments

Build credible business cases Develop effort estimates delivery models productivity assumptions adoption plans and value propositions clearly articulating dependencies risks and measurement approaches





Deliver compelling demonstrations Collaborate with engineering teams to design demos proofs of concept and capability showcases linked to client scenarios and business outcomes

Strengthen pursuit differentiation Create executive narratives solution presentations case studies and reusable proposal assets support technical discussions and transition commitments to delivery

Required Experience and Skills

15 years of overall experience in software engineering solution architecture technical consulting or technology presales with substantial clientfacing solutioning experience

Strong understanding of the endtoend SDLC application modernization cloudnative architectures APIs integration quality engineering and DevSecOps

Practical understanding of GenAI and agentic AI in software engineering including enterprise integration human oversight security governance and adoption considerations

Experience developing enterprise proposals solution architectures estimates statements of work and transformation roadmaps

Ability to distinguish AIenabled engineering transformation from conventional automation and position solutions appropriate to client maturity

Strong executive communication presentation workshop facilitation and crossfunctional stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI coding assistants agent orchestration frameworks enterprise AI platforms and engineering productivity measurement

Experience with large multiworkstream pursuits and pilottoscale AI adoption programs

Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
