Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Associate to join our Business Development and Presales team. The candidate will assist in understanding client requirements, preparing business proposals, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team throughout the presales process. This role is ideal for freshers interested in client interaction, business analysis, sales strategy, and solution consulting.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze potential clients' business requirements.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and business documents.
- Support the sales team in identifying suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams during the presales process.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in delivering product or service presentations.




- Prepare and maintain client requirement documents and sales-related records.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
- BBA / B.Com / BMS / MBA or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- Graduates from other streams with relevant communication and analytical skills are also eligible.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Basic understanding of proposal development and documentation.
- Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and client relationship management.
