? Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Explain Bhanzu’s courses and offerings to prospective parents and students.
- Follow up with potential leads and handle callback requests.
- Encourage prospective customers to attend trial classes.
- Maintain client information in the CRM database.
- Learn and use CRM and other relevant software.
? Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable working under pressure.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
- A personal laptop is mandatory.
