We are currently looking to onboard a Pre-Sales Tele-caller for Muppiri Developers, a real estate development firm based in Bengaluru. Muppiri Developers is a premium luxury builder and developer focused on creating exceptional living spaces for homebuyers.

Role & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and present project details with clarity, confidence, and customization.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion tracking.
- Manage and update the lead database through CRM systems.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable properties across different buyer segments.
- Address client queries related to pricing, payment plans, and project timelines with accuracy and empathy.




- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging with project USPs.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 years of tele-calling experience
- Prior experience in the real estate industry
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (all three)
- Confident, clear phone communication with solid persuasion and objection-handling skills

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
