Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Power BI Developer role based in Mumbai. The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing data models, integrating data from multiple sources, and implementing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

The role involves working with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and performing data analysis to identify trends and insights. The developer will also be responsible for performance tuning of Power BI solutions, documentation of work,



and adherence to data governance and security standards.

Qualifications

- PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) certification is mandatory.
- Robust skills in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to design efficient, scalable analytical structures.
- Experience building Dashboards and reports in Power BI with a focus on usability, visualization best practices, and performance.
- Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools to prepare, cleanse, and integrate data from diverse sources.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, validate findings, and support business recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, including DAX, Power Query (M), and dataset management.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases; exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
