We're Hiring –Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized IT Project Portfolio Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple technology projects across the UAE and Indian markets. The role will be based at our India office in Athani, Kochi, Kerala, and will involve managing project planning, execution, resource allocation, timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination and overall project performance. The selected candidate will work closely with our UAE-based management, project teams, technical engineers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery, operational efficiency and successful execution of business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management and organizational skills, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent English communication skills, as the role requires regular coordination with UAE-based management, project teams, clients, vendors and other stakeholders across the UAE and Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee multiple IT, ICT, ELV and technology-related projects across UAE and India.
- Plan, organize and monitor project activities, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, technical teams, vendors, clients and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, resource allocation and overall performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, operational challenges and delays, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, progress reports, dashboards and management updates.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and follow up on pending activities.
- Coordinate with UAE-based management and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Support business development and operational teams in evaluating project requirements and priorities.
- Track project profitability, resource utilization and overall portfolio performance.
- Develop and improve project management processes, reporting systems and operational workflows.
- Ensure effective coordination between the UAE headquarters and India office.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, portfolio management or operations management.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, ICT, networking, ELV or system integration projects.
- Robust project planning, coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Ability to coordinate with international teams and manage cross-border projects.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project management tools.
- Strong reporting,



analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and multiple responsibilities independently.

- Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience, technical knowledge and suitability for the role. Salary expectations can be discussed during the interview.
