Keystone Strategies is hiring Political Intelligence Associates to gather accurate, ground-level political intelligence across assigned constituencies and polling booths in Goa. The role involves tracking voter sentiment, local issues, political developments, candidate activities, grassroots networks and emerging electoral trends. Selected candidates will be responsible for building reliable local intelligence networks, conducting field interactions, identifying key political developments and submitting structured daily reports with actionable insights.

Candidates with experience in political research, field reporting, grassroots campaigns, journalism or community engagement are encouraged to apply. Robust communication skills, local knowledge and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in Konkani is preferred; knowledge of Marathi and Hindi will be an added advantage.
