Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate stakeholders to meet operational timelines
2. Ensure accurate and timely management reporting
3. Manage reviews, MOMs, and track action closures
4. Cascade management guidelines within the team
5. Collaborate with SMEs for process integration
6. Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
7. Optimize workflows with defined measurable outputs
8. Support SOP setup and workflow improvements
9. Enable proactive issue detection and resolution

Education Requirement B.E / B.Tech/ M. Tech / MCA / MBA / UG/PG

Experience Requirement 8 - 12 years

Skills & Competencies

1. Proficient in MS Office and MS Project for reporting and tracking.
2.



Knowledge of project management certifications (PMP/Prince2 preferred).
3. Robust communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
4. Analytical mindset and ability to drive data-driven decisions.
5. Goal-oriented, self-initiator with problem-solving focus.
6. Ability to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
7. Time management and coordination across multi-functional teams.
8. Risk identification and mitigation planning capabilities.
9. Outcome-focused with attention to detail and ethical behaviour.
