We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PLC Engineer with 24 years of experience in electrical panel maintenance and industrial automation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PLC programming, as well as PCC/MCC panel, UPS, and circuit breaker maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develops, and implements automation system to optimize industrial process.

- Configuring of PLC, HMI. Troubleshooting and maintaining the systems.

- Managing the retrofit automation project from conception to completion.

- Creating a documents, drawing, specification, control wiring diagrams. Need to carry out the wiring in panel as per the design. Field wiring expert for PLC automation, communication details i.e Rs485, Ehernet , Modbus TCP / IP, Profibus, deviceNet, ControlNet, etc.

- Programming skills in ladder diagrams, Structure text. Knowledge of Delta, Siemens, Rockwell, Schnieder, Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, Motorola.

- During project execution,



sometimes there will be a coordination need for electrical system for communication. Respective candidate should know the basis knowledge of electrical system i.e circuit breaker, MCCB, MCB.

- He has to take up the new project of Energy Monitoring system, Power management system as a automation system for electrical system at industrial premises.

- He should have hands on experience in such system with programming expertise.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in PLC automation and electrical panel maintenance

- Proficient in ladder logic programming and HMI interface

- Valuable understanding of industrial electrical components, UPS, and transducers

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety practices

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
