Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a network of scrap dealers, kabadiwalas and aggregators.
- Generate new business through regular field visits.
- Drive PET bottle and plastic scrap procurement targets.
- Negotiate purchase rates and ensure profitable sourcing.
- Manage collection centre operations, stock, weighing, sorting and manpower.
- Maintain supplier relationships and daily procurement reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in scrap trading, plastic recycling, waste management or field sales.
- Robust supplier network and local market knowledge preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
- Target-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
