## Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgeon role located in Koramangala, Bengaluru, with opportunities for visiting consultants.

The Plastic Surgeon will be responsible for performing a range of cosmetic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures, including patient consultations, clinical assessments, surgical planning, operative care and postoperative follow-up.

Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, recommending appropriate surgical interventions, explaining treatment options, expected outcomes, risks and recovery timelines, obtaining informed consent and performing procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols and approved clinical privileges.

The role involves expertise in procedures such as liposuction, high-definition body contouring, gynecomastia surgery, abdominoplasty, rhinoplasty, facial contouring, facelift, breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, fat transfer, blepharoplasty and scar revision.





The Plastic Surgeon will also collaborate with dermatologists, senior surgeons and multidisciplinary clinical teams to provide comprehensive patient care, maintain accurate medical records, ensure adherence to clinical safety standards and participate in case reviews and continuous professional development.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent surgical judgment, aesthetic expertise, patient communication skills and a commitment to ethical medical practice. The candidate is also expected to contribute to patient education, build long-term patient relationships and support the growth of Pearl Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic's plastic surgery and aesthetic services.

### Position Details

- Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
- Experience: 1–5+ years of relevant experience
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Visiting Consultant

## Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong core surgical skills, including surgery and microsurgery, with a focus on safety, precision, surgical judgment and patient outcomes.
- Candidates should possess advanced specialty expertise in Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery, including hands-on experience in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in medicine, including comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, surgical principles and perioperative care.
- Relevant medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with MCh/DNB Plastic Surgery or a recognised equivalent postgraduate specialization.
- Valid medical registration and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.




- Demonstrated experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, with a portfolio of procedures performed and familiarity with current surgical techniques and technologies.
- Hands-on experience in liposuction, body contouring, gynecomastia and abdominoplasty is preferred.
- Experience in facial aesthetic procedures, including rhinoplasty, facelift, facial contouring, blepharoplasty and facial rejuvenation, will be an advantage.
- Experience in breast procedures, including augmentation, reduction, breast lift and fat transfer, is preferred.
- Experience in scar revision, hair transplantation and revision procedures will be an added advantage.
- Excellent clinical judgment, aesthetic sensibility and the ability to develop personalised surgical treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Strong patient consultation and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, balanced counselling on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, complications and recovery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage appropriately credentialed surgical cases, postoperative care and patient follow-up.
- Commitment to ethical practice, informed consent, infection control, patient safety, medical documentation and established clinical protocols.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multidisciplinary clinical team and maintain professional relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Experience in a reputed plastic surgery centre, cosmetic surgery practice or premium aesthetic clinic will be an added advantage.
- Continuous learning mindset with willingness to participate in conferences, training, peer reviews and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
