Core Responsibilities

- Operations &
- Production:

Plan, direct, and oversee daily manufacturing workflows to hit output targets, meet schedules, and satisfy customers.

- Quality &

- Safety:

Enforce strict quality control standards, product inspections, and workplace safety protocols (such as OSHA or local environmental rules).

- Budget &

- Cost Control:

Own the facility budget, track operational expenses, minimise waste, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.

- Resource &

- Asset Management:

Optimise machinery uptime, oversee preventive maintenance programmes, and manage material supply chains.

- Team Leadership &

- HR:

Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate plant staff, while maintaining strong industrial and employee relations.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and long-term strategic plans for the site.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main bridge between the factory floor, corporate leadership, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
