Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.

- Supervise shop-floor employees and ensure efficient manpower utilization.

- Monitor production quality, productivity, and rejection rates.

- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Engineering departments.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures.

- Maintain production reports, downtime records, and MIS documentation.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and production costs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma (DME / ECE / EEE) or BE in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in production or plant operations.

- Candidates with experience in electronics, electrical components, automotive, or sensor manufacturing preferred.





- Robust knowledge of production planning, shop-floor management, and manpower handling.

- Experience in handling day-to-day plant operations and achieving production targets.

- Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and production MIS.

- Candidates currently residing in Mysore will be given preference.

- Should be willing to take ownership of plant operations and drive operational efficiency.
