Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking of construction projects. Candidates should have good analytical skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments to collect progress updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track project milestones and identify delays or deviations from the planned schedule.
- Assist in preparing resource plans for manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain project documentation, planning records, and progress trackers.




- Support project managers in preparing revised schedules and recovery plans.
- Follow up with site teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction activities and project execution.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office is essential.
- Basic knowledge of MS Project / Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
- Positive analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work with site and project teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

Immediate joiners preferred. Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
