Placement Manager Skill Development

Qualification: Graduation (MBA Preferred)

Language: Marathi (Mandatory)

The Placement Manager is responsible for driving student placements by building solid employer partnerships, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring achievement of placement targets across Skill Development programs. The role focuses on employer engagement, student employability, career guidance, placement operations, and industry collaborations to enhance employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement placement strategies to achieve placement targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, staffing agencies, and industry partners.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, employer visits, and hiring events.
- Conduct employability training, career counseling, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions.




- Match candidates with suitable employment opportunities and monitor post-placement retention.
- Maintain placement MIS, employer databases, and placement records.
- Analyze placement performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Strengthen industry partnerships to create sustainable employment opportunities.

Eligibility

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Skill Development.
- Experience in Skill Development Institutes, NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, CSR Skill Programs, or Educational Institutions preferred.
- Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.
