Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with corporate partners to schedule interviews and ensure timely placements of students.

- Manage the entire placement process from registration to final selection, ensuring seamless communication between companies and candidates.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to stay updated on market trends and requirements.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the placement process and implement changes accordingly.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in campus placement, corporate relations, or event management.

- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry dynamics.

- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

- Proven track record of successful placement coordination with multiple stakeholders.

- Must have corporate connection.
