Role & responsibilities
BCS group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Placement Manager to drive employer engagement, placement outcomes and recruitment coordination across skill development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop employer networks and generate job opportunities for trained candidates.
- Drive placement targets under DDU-GKY, UPSDM, PMKVY and other government skill development projects.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, candidate short listing and employer interactions.
- Ensure offer-to-joining conversion and maintain verified placement records.
- Track post-placement outcomes and candidate retention as per project guidelines.
- Maintain placement MIS, employer databases and required documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations and training teams to align candidate readiness with industry requirements.
