Job Summary A Placement Executive is responsible for providing employment opportunities to trained candidates under various skill development projects such as DDU-GKY, PMKVY and other government-funded skill development programmes.

The candidate will coordinate with companies, employers and industries to arrange job opportunities for trained candidates and ensure successful placement as per project guidelines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Employer Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with companies, industries and recruitment agencies for job opportunities.
- Candidate Placement: Arrange interviews and job opportunities for trained candidates.
- Placement Target: Achieve placement targets as per project guidelines.
- Candidate Follow-up:



Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interviews, joining and employment status.
- Documentation: Collect and maintain offer letters, joining letters, appointment letters and other placement-related documents.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly placement reports.
- Placement Tracking: Monitor candidates after joining to ensure retention and employment stability.
- Job Fair: Organise placement drives, campus interviews and job fairs.
- Project Compliance: Ensure placement activities follow the guidelines of government skill development projects.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Training Centres, Mobilizers, Trainers and Project Managers.
