About the Role

CliniLaunch Research Institute (CLRI) is looking for a dedicated Placement Executive (Minimum 1 Year Experience) to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end placement operations, mentor students, and coordinate with corporate hiring partners to secure placement opportunities for our trainees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end placement activities in alignment with institutional processes.
- Conduct Placement Mentoring Program (PMP) sessions, resume guidance, and interview preparation for batches.




- Shortlist eligible candidates from current and past cohorts based on corporate job descriptions.
- Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and corporate recruiters.
- Follow up with HR representatives for interview feedback and candidates for onboarding progress.
- Maintain accurate placement trackers, MIS reports, and daily activity logs.
- Organize and participate in on-campus, off-campus, and virtual placement drives.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in placement coordination, HR operations, recruitment, or student relations.
- Skills: Robust communication, student counselling, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Clinical Research, or Healthcare Training is an advantage.
