Alexa Healthcare India Pvt Ltd operates Alexa Physiotherapy Clinic, a patient-focused facility in Kolkata, dedicated to helping individuals move from pain back to work, play, and daily life. The clinic is fully equipped with up-to-date therapeutic modalities and offers both in-clinic and at-home physiotherapy services. A highly experienced, locally owned team provides hands-on, non-surgical, drug-free treatment tailored to each person’s condition.

Clients include individuals recovering from accidents, sports injuries, and conditions such as arthritis, head injuries, lower-back pain, and fractures. With quick responses, strong trust from doctors, thousands of success stories, and a warm, accessible setting, the clinic emphasizes personalized care with continuity of the same therapist for each visit.

Role & Resposibilities:

- Assess physical condition of patients to identify problems and plan appropriate treatment
- Assist in the reduction of pain and swelling, improve the range of movement, assist in muscle re-education and strengthening through the use of equipment/techniques such as hot/cold packs, electrotherapy, manual therapy, taping and splinting to use on priority based
- Retrain patients to walk or use devices such as walking frames, crutches, sticks, wheelchairs, splints to assist/improve mobility
- Assess development of premature babies and plan and provide therapy for children with movement problems/physical disabilities to assess and make a goal to improve.
- Assist individuals with permanent disabilities to maximize their ability to function as optimally as possible and to manage the physical demands of daily living
- Work as part of a team of health professionals,



to provide a multidisciplinary care plan, to the society to improve a person’s health
- Educate patients, their families, industry and the community to lead healthy lifestyles and to prevent injury and disabilities.
- Plan and implement community fitness/exercise programs, including hydrotherapy programs for individual people both with and without a disability
- Maintain relevant documentation associated with patient care example patient records, reports,
- To get inside Hydrotherapy pool and treat the patient whenever needed.
- Clinic will allot 2 patients for home Care; company will pay/arrange for transportation.

Working in the area to promote the awareness of physiotherapy among people through different channels digital and offline.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Experience in hydrotherapy is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and physiotherapy modalities.

Work Schedule

- Full-time (clinic hours)
