Job Title: Physics Faculty – Tuition

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Physics at High School and Higher Secondary levels.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Physics Faculty member to deliver engaging tuition classes, strengthen students’ understanding of concepts, and improve their problem-solving skills through regular assessments and individual guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classes according to the timetable, academic plan, and prescribed Daily Practice Problems (DPP).
- Prepare lessons and teaching materials that explain Physics concepts through practical examples and applications.
- Guide students in solving numerical problems and understanding derivations.
- Clarify doubts during classes and scheduled centre hours.
- Identify learning gaps, monitor student progress, and provide remedial sessions where required.




- Support examinations, invigilation, and answer-paper evaluation.
- Maintain attendance and academic progress records, and follow up with absentees when necessary.
- Participate in parent–teacher meetings, faculty training programmes, and academic activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience.
- Solid knowledge of Physics at High School and Higher Secondary levels.
- Effective communication, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
- Availability for early morning and evening classes and scheduled doubt-clearing sessions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
