About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Physical Design (PD) engineering programs for next-generation SoC development. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, planning, coordination, and delivery of Physical Design IPs for complex semiconductor products.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure timely delivery of high-performance, power-productive SoCs similar to industry-leading mobile, laptop,



and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive technical program management for Physical Design engineering activities across multiple IPs and SoC programs.
- Coordinate, plan, track, and drive Physical Design IP development, validation, integration, and delivery to SoC teams.
- Define and manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Partner with Physical Design, RTL, DFT, STA, CAD, Verification, and SoC teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Negotiate scope, priorities, schedules, and resources to meet aggressive product timelines.
