- Dispense medicines as per prescriptions and ensure accurate dosage and instructions.
- Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables and ophthalmic products.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers and maintain proper records.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines as per prescribed temperature and safety requirements.
- Maintain pharmacy registers, billing records and documentation as per hospital guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing and operations teams regarding medication requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and hospital policies.
- Support regular stock audits and identify discrepancies, damages or near-expiry medicines.
- Provide appropriate guidance to patients regarding prescribed medicines and their usag
