Role Description The Personality Development Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions that help learners build confidence, improve communication skills, and develop a positive mindset. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating lesson plans, preparing training materials, conducting virtual workshops, and using interactive techniques to support personal growth and soft skills development. The trainer will also collaborate with the academic team to align content with overall learning objectives, provide constructive feedback to learners, and track progress through assessments and reports.





Additional tasks may involve researching best practices, contributing written content for learning resources, and supporting social media initiatives related to personality development programs. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent online presence, effective time management, and proactive communication with colleagues and learners.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Personality Development and Training, with experience facilitating soft skills and personal growth programs.
- Ability to conduct Research and create structured, learner-focused content based on findings.
- Proficiency in Writing for educational materials, training content, and learner communication.
- Comfort with using Social Media to share learning resources, engage learners, and support brand visibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or corporate training is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple sessions, and adapt to diverse learner needs.
