Porcellia is a growth accelerator and creative studio that specialises in hyperscaling venture backed D2C brands across wellness, lifestyle and health-tech & new categories. Our portfolio includes brands such as Gullylabs, NUUK, NOOE, Ajmal, DUSQ, Only What’s Needed and several other 8-9 figure brands, many of whom we have launched and scaled from GTM.

About the role

You'll design the static ads brands run on Meta to sell, at a pace that only works if AI is part of how you design. Once you're up to speed, the bar is 12 new concepts a day. New angles, hooks and layouts, not resizes or color swaps.

Our team moved from social media design to performance creative. We judge an ad by what it does in the account: does it stop the scroll, get the click, bring the cost per purchase down. Video is handled by a separate team, so you'll focus only on statics.

This role suits someone who already generates images every day and wants a workflow built around that, not someone who opens an AI tool once a week.

What you'll do

- Turn briefs into finished Meta static ads in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16
- Ship 12 new static concepts a day once ramped, each a recent angle, hook or layout
- Generate scenes, lifestyle shots, models and product placements with AI, then finish them in Photoshop and Figma until they look real and on brand
- Work across proven formats: before and after, us vs them, testimonial, listicle,



founder note, UGC style, offer led, problem and solution
- Check the Meta Ad Library and competitor accounts every week and bring back formats worth testing
- Keep every ad inside Meta ad policy and the brand's claim rules
- Build and keep up prompt libraries and Figma templates so the whole team gets faster
- Review results with the team, find what won, and make more of it

What you need

- 1 to 3 years designing paid social ads, with live Meta statics in your portfolio (organic posts alone won't be enough)
- Daily, hands on use of AI image tools such as Nano Banana, Midjourney, Flux, Firefly or Higgsfield. We want to see raw generations next to the ads they became.
- Strong Photoshop compositing and retouching. You can fix AI hands, warped labels, packaging text, lighting and shadows so the product looks real.
- Fast, clean layout and typography in Figma
- A clear sense of how performance creative differs from brand design: one message per ad, hook first, readable on a phone in under two seconds
- You can explain why an ad worked or didn't in terms of angle, hook and audience
- You're comfortable with high volume and fast feedback
- Good written English

Nice to have

- Experience in regulated categories like beauty, skincare, supplements or wellness
- Basic After Effects, enough to turn a static into a simple animated version
