Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns, drive quality leads, and improve customer acquisition across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, lead generation, CPL, CAC and ROI.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports.




- Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to improve lead conversion.
- Manage retargeting, audience segmentation and marketing funnels.
- Identify new opportunities to improve digital reach and business growth.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Valuable understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
- Experience in lead generation and budget management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Healthcare or service industry experience will be an added advantage.

Immediate joiners preferred.
