Shop Your Trip Pvt. Ltd. is a B2B travel company providing travel solutions, including domestic and international holiday packages, hotels, flights, transfers and sightseeing services. We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale our digital advertising campaigns and generate quality business leads.

Position: Performance Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
2. Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display and YouTube.
3. Generate high-quality leads for domestic and international holiday packages.
4. Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions and campaign performance.
5. Manage daily advertising budgets and optimise marketing expenditure for better ROI.
6. Create, test and optimise target audiences, ad creatives, headlines and landing pages.
7. Coordinate with the creative team for designing posters, videos, banners and advertising copies.
8. Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4)



and conversion tracking.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
10. Analyse competitor advertising strategies and identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
11. Implement retargeting, remarketing and lead conversion strategies.
12. Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Practical experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and budget optimisation.
- Good understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Robust analytical skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the Travel, Hospitality or E-commerce industry will be preferred.
