1. HR Software & Documentation
- Manage performance management modules in HRMS/SFO software.
- Ensure accurate employee performance records.
- Generate performance reports for management review.
1. Management Coordination
- Work closely with department heads and senior management.
- Provide recommendations regarding promotions, increments, rewards, and employee development.
- Continuously improve the organisation's performance management framework.
1. Qualification & Experience
- MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in Performance Management.
- Solid knowledge of KRA, KPI, PMS, and performance appraisal systems.
- Experience in HRMS software and performance management tools.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
