Work you'll do

As a Services Associate on the Global Performance Experience team, you will be responsible for…

· Support PM Specialists, Managers, and Senior Managers with end-to-end Performance Management life-cycle activities for Clients Global professionals, completing transactional and operational work for assigned business groups.

· Generate biweekly roster reports for the Advisory team and PM Specialists; prepare statistical data, analyze performance trends and performance-management elements, and produce reports for Review Meetings.

· Own PM data, ensure it is accurate and validated, maintain rosters, lists, and global-mobility data, review data outputs for risk, and prepare reports and materials for Review Meetings.

· Manage communications for professionals deployed in multiple countries; initiate process communication plans; follow up on outstanding performance-related action items; and update systems and records.

· Manage inquiries through shared mailboxes and ServiceNow as a liaison between business and Talent teams; advise business stakeholders and process specialists; independently prioritize work; troubleshoot process issues; develop solutions; and escalate concerns to PM Specialists, Managers, or the GPECenter of Excellence .

· Maintain confidential information in accordance with Clients Administrative Policy Release (APR) guidelines; complete training to maintain current skills, adapt to process changes,



discuss development areas with managers, pursue development opportunities, and collaborate with Process Analysts to obtain and share process-delivery practices.

The team The Global Performance Experience (GPE) team supports the end-to-end delivery of PM processes for Clients Global professionals. The team partners with business stakeholders, PM specialists, and Talent teams to deliver accurate reporting, timely communications, and operational support. Through data-driven insights and consistent process execution, the team helps enable a seamless performance-management experience across the organization.

Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience, a master's degree in HR/Business Management, or certification in HR.

· Experience generating reports, analyzing and interpreting data, and identifying trends and performance insights.

· Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentation materials.

· Experience managing and preparing rosters, lists, data records, or global-mobility data.

· Experience managing inquiries through shared mailboxes, ServiceNow, or a similar service-management platform.

· Experience preparing process communications, tracking action items, and updating systems or records.

· Experience identifying, resolving, and escalating data or process issues.

Preferred

· Experience supporting Performance Management, Talent, or human resources operations.
