- Experience: 8 to 12 Years
- Design functional solutions and prepare detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Configure and enhance PeopleSoft HCM modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Lead and support application enhancement, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
- Participate in solution design workshops, business process reviews, and requirement discussions.
- Coordinate and execute system testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Support deployment of enhancements, fixes, configuration updates, and release activities.
- Participate in PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades, image adoption, and patch implementation activities.




- Conduct regression testing and validation to ensure application stability after upgrades and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, business requirements, test scripts, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Train and support end users on system functionality and process improvements.
