Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Infinity.
- Develop scalable case management and workflow solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Utilize Pega GenAI capabilities to enhance application development and improve user experience.
- Build and configure applications using Constellation architecture and contemporary UI frameworks.
- Design and develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and messaging services.
- Perform application design reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.




- Drive innovation through adoption of AI-powered development and workflow automation capabilities.

Required Skills:

- 5 years in Pega development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Infinity, Case Management, Integrations, and Constellation UI.
- Experience with Pega GenAI, REST APIs, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

- CSSA Certification.
- Financial Services domain experience.
- Cloud and DevOps exposure.
