Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive with strong expertise in independently managing end-to-end payroll operations. The candidate must have hands-on experience in processing monthly payroll for a minimum of 2,000 employees, including permanent employees and contract labour.

We are specifically looking for a payroll specialist who has independently handled payroll processing rather than a generalist HR skilled who has managed payroll as one of their additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Independently manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for a minimum of 2,000 employees.
2. Handle complete payroll activities, including salary processing, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions and full & final settlements.
3. Manage payroll processing for both permanent employees and contract labour.
4. Ensure accurate and timely salary processing every month.
5. Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), LWF, TDS and other applicable labour laws.
6. Manage PF and ESI registrations, monthly contributions, returns and compliance activities.
7. Coordinate with Finance,



HR and external vendors for payroll-related activities.
8. Handle payroll queries, salary discrepancies and employee-related payroll issues.
9. Prepare monthly payroll reports, salary registers, bank statements and statutory reports.
10. Ensure payroll accuracy, data confidentiality and compliance with applicable statutory regulations.

Mandatory Requirements
- 35 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Must have independently processed monthly payroll for a minimum of 2,000 employees.
- Must have experience handling contract labour payroll.
- Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESI, PT and other statutory compliances.
- Must have independently managed the complete monthly payroll cycle.
- Candidates whose experience is limited to HR Generalist activities with partial payroll exposure will not be considered.

Ideal Candidate Profile: A dedicated Payroll Executive who can independently take ownership of the complete payroll function for 2,000+ employees without depending on another team member for payroll processing.
