- Configure payroll elements, salary structures, earnings, deductions, and benefits.

- Handle payroll calculations, processing, and reconciliation.

- Manage statutory compliance, taxation, and payroll reporting.

- Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues.

- Work on payroll integrations with Core HR, Time & Labor, and third-party systems.

- Support payroll testing, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and go-live activities.

- 712 years of experience in Payroll consulting.

- Solid knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.

- Payroll configuration and implementation experience.
