Position: Patient Care Coordinator – US Healthcare

Join our growing healthcare support team! We are looking for dedicated and experienced professionals with excellent English communication skills.

? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Note: Maximum salary slab is ₹25,000. High-salaried individuals, please avoid applying).

⏰ Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift / Night Shift)

? Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred (Minimum 1 year in US Healthcare)

? Industry: US Healthcare / Patient Care Services / AR Calling

? Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work From Home

⚠️ Eligibility Criteria & Restrictions

Mandatory Background: Strictly open to candidates with prior experience in US Healthcare, BPO, or as an AR Caller.

Non-Eligibility: Candidates from other domains/industries or individuals exceeding the ₹25,000 salary cap, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound patient calls professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.

Make outbound calls to patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and referral coordination.

Schedule, reschedule,



and cancel appointments using specialized EHR/EMR and scheduling platforms.

Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and fulfill service-related requests promptly.

Liaise and coordinate seamlessly with healthcare providers, clinicians, and administrative staff.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete call documentation.

Adhere strictly to patient confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA compliance protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Excellent English Communication Skills (Spoken & Written – Mandatory)

✅ Experience in US Healthcare Calling / AR Calling (Preferred)

✅ Robust patient-handling and active customer service skills

✅ Practical knowledge of appointment scheduling and referral management workflows

✅ Familiarity with EHR/EMR platforms and basic scheduling software

✅ Active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

✅ Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
