WE ARE HIRING | Production Executive Packaging
Location: Rai, Sonipat, Haryana
Salary: 25,000–26,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily packaging production plans and achieve targets.
- Supervise packaging machines and shop-floor manpower.
- Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, and productivity.
- Control packaging material wastage and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Maintain packaging quality, batch coding, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare daily production reports and coordinate with internal departments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant production/packaging experience.
- Knowledge of pouch packing machines and packaging operations.
- Valuable manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
