About the role
HK Media is hiring an in-house Packaging Designer to own packaging for a premium fragrance brand. You'll take products from concept to print-ready files, working closely with our brand, marketing and production teams.
What you'll do
- Design primary and secondary packaging: bottles, labels, cartons, gift boxes and inserts
- Build packaging concepts, mockups and 3D renders that bring the brand to life
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork and dielines, and coordinate with printers and vendors on proofs, finishes and colour
- Create packaging for recent launches, limited editions, gift sets and festive drops
- Keep packaging consistent across D2C, marketplaces and retail
What we're looking for
- 2 to 3 years in packaging design, ideally beauty, fragrance, personal care or FMCG
- A strong portfolio with real, produced packaging work
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; 3D mockup tools (Dimension, Blender or similar) a plus
- Sound knowledge of dielines, print processes, materials and special finishes (foiling, embossing, spot UV)
- An eye for premium, minimal aesthetics and attention to detail
- Comfortable working hybrid from Mumbai, Monday to Saturday
