Role Description The Packaging Designer will work on-site in Greater Noida in a full-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective and visually compelling packaging solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing packaging concepts, translating brand requirements into structural and graphic designs, and preparing print-ready artwork for production. The role involves working closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with material and manufacturing constraints.

The Packaging

Designer will refine designs based on feedback, maintain brand consistency across product lines, and stay informed about trends and best practices in packaging,



branding, and visual design. This role also requires accurate documentation of specifications and clear communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Packaging Design and Product Design for consumer and industrial packaging solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Graphic Design and Branding skills to create visually cohesive and market-ready packaging.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Typography and layout principles to ensure transparent, attractive, and legible information on packaging.
- Candidates should possess experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw and Auto Cad).
- Candidates should possess the ability to translate technical and marketing requirements into practical, production-ready designs.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and an understanding of print processes and materials.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design, production, and sales teams.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry experience will be considered.
