Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive design and development support for product artwork, packaging, technical drawings, catalogues and brochures while ensuring alignment with customer requirements, brand guidelines and production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Product & Packaging Design
- Create innovative artwork designs for products and product packaging.
- Design and update packaging artworks based on customer requirements and feedback.
- Develop cutting-edge packaging solutions to enhance product appeal, functionality and brand identity.
- Handle packaging development for corrugated and flexible packaging.

- Technical Drawing & Documentation

- Prepare technical drawings of products and machinery.
- Regularly create, revise and maintain product drawings as per customer specifications.
- Maintain design files, tracking sheets and revision histories.
- Ensure accurate documentation of packaging specifications and project progress.

- Catalogue & Brochure Development

- Develop and update product catalogues, brochures and marketing collaterals.
- Incorporate feedback and creative inputs from Sales and Marketing teams.
- Introduce innovative concepts and layouts for product presentations and promotional materials.

- Project & Packaging Development Management

- Monitor and coordinate the complete packaging and product development cycle.
- Manage design submissions,



revisions and approvals until final sign-off.
- Ensure timely execution of packaging, catalogue and brochure development projects.

- Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with Marketing, Production, QA and QC teams to ensure designs meet customer expectations and production requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve design-related challenges and implement improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, SolidWorks and other graphic designing tools.
- Good understanding of packaging materials and printing processes.
- Knowledge of corrugated and flexible packaging will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of colour systems, including Pantone, CMYK and RGB.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Designing, Packaging Science or any relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in product design, packaging development or artwork management will be preferred.
- Practical understanding of packaging specifications, printing techniques and artwork development will be an advantage.
