Role Description The Owner role at FASTFINDFIRM is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for overall business leadership and direction. The Owner oversees daily operations, sets strategic goals, manages budgets and financial performance, and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality services. This role involves building and maintaining key client relationships, guiding marketing and business development efforts, and supporting staff through clear communication and decision-making.

The Owner also monitors compliance with applicable regulations,



evaluates risks and opportunities, and drives continuous improvement to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong business management and leadership capabilities, including experience overseeing operations and guiding teams.

- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight to support growth and profitability.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and staff.

- Ability to make data-informed decisions, manage risk, and implement process improvements.

- Prior experience in owning, co-founding, or leading a business or business unit is highly beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.

- Comfort working in office in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
