Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations. Daily activities include setting strategic direction, managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring that products or services meet quality and customer satisfaction standards. The Owner will handle key vendor and client relationships, negotiate contracts, and make decisions on pricing, marketing, and expansion opportunities.

This role also involves monitoring financial performance, managing risk and compliance, and implementing process improvements. The Owner will lead by example,



foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure that the business remains sustainable and competitive.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management with responsibility for operations and strategy.

- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cash flow management, and basic understanding of accounting principles.

- Ability to lead and manage teams, delegate responsibilities, and build a collaborative, inclusive work workplace.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Comfort with decision-making under uncertainty and the ability to solve complex operational and market challenges.

- Understanding of local regulations, compliance requirements, and business practices relevant to operating in Jaipur and India.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
